2017 Election

A General Election was held in the City of Holmes Beach, Florida on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2017.   The four newly elected Commissioners will officially be sworn into office on Monday, November 20, 2017 - 9:00 a.m.  The City Commission Organizational Meeting will follow.

The 2017 Election is for four (4) City Commission seats.

Of the 2,772 Holmes Beach registered voters, 919 Ballots were cast.   Election results were as follows:

2-yr Term - Jim Kihm - 698 votes

2-yr Term - Carol Soustek - 572 votes

2-yr Term - Rick Hurst - 556 votes

1-yr Term - Pat Morton - 532 votes

Marvin Grossman received 496 votes
